Malkom expands HP cluster for PFRON, 23 October 2007
Malkom, in consortium with S&T Services Poland, signed an agreement with the National Fund for the Rehabilitation of the Disabled (PFRON). The agreement covers expansion of server cluster operating in the Warsaw HQ of PFRON, which uses HP software and hardware. Two nodes, based on HP Integrity rx8640 multiprocessor servers and UNIX operating system, will be added, activated, and configured. Moreover the consortium will deliver a disk array with fifty six 300GB hard drives, together with the proper software.
