MALKOM is one of the oldest software engineering companies on the Polish market. Our main activity is production of commercial application software for a variety of operating systems, the so called COTS (Commercial Off-The-Shelf). Moreover we produce dedicated software, adjusted to the specific needs of our clients.
Our second branch of activity are IT services related to IT infrastructure integration and providing software and maintenance in the field of infrastructure operation.
As a commercial software company MALKOM develops and implements software fulfilling functions of an electronic key certifying center and software for the personalization of cryptographic microprocessor cards. Our solutions, apart from standards PKI functions, hold many novel and advanced elements enhancing its functionality. The software uses generally accepted standards, like SSL/TLS, PKCS#1, PKCS#10, X.509, PKCS#7, PKCS#11, PKCS#12. A substantial advantage of Polish software is its full adjustment to local legislation. Our products have full support for leading operating systems (WINDOWS XP, LINUX, HP-UX) and most popular applications using electronic signature (MS Outlook, MS Outlook Express, IBM Lotus Notes, Opera Mail, Mozilla Thunderbird, MS Office). Our software also cooperates with most popular tokens and cryptographic modules, like the nShield and nFast by nCipher, CryptoCard Multisign (CryptoTech) and GPK (GEMPLUS).
